Initial discussion opened by TReGO-Trolley for a new type of bicycle trolley paved the way for refinement of the original concept to ensure problem-free execution in all areas.

Tailored a production strategy that caters to TReGO’s requirements. From finding the most suitable parts to identifying the most cost-efficient way to mass produce, we assisted TReGO in prototyping to improve the cost-efficiency of the product for mass production.

Verified all prototype specification have been approved by TReGO prior to mass production. Proceeded to mass production afterwards, after sample approval.

TReGo bike trolley

Fine-tuned and applied the logo on the product as per TReGO’s logo design. Also ensured a perfectly-applied paint finish that will last years of outdoor use.

Created standardized quality inspection process and performed a very strict and meticulous quality control on behalf of TReGO before shipment.

Designed a sturdy packaging for the safe transport of the products and assisted in creating a cost-effective way of shipping the finished products.

IRWIN continues to support TReGO for with after-sales service and continuously improving on the production process for a better future production efficiency.
